*** OIFE - Photo Contest ***

We aim to get a nice collection of pictures of people with OI from all over the world. Everyone with a digital camera, young or old, can take part (only members of the jury and their family members are excluded). The rules are simple and there are some nice prices to be won! To take part a contest form must be filled out by both photographer and portrayed person. You can download the contest form in Word format.
The prizes
We award a first prize of 100 Euros or an MP3 player and a second prize of 50 Euros for the best pictures. These prizes have to be shared between the photographer and the portrayed person(s). In case of many good entries the jury is free to award extra prizes. Prizewinners will be contacted by us and announced here on the website, there will be no other correspondence about the prizes.

Moira from the Philippines floating on a log in Lake Balinsasayao.

Moira writes:
"Last year we went there twice. The first time, I was with my brother, sister and two friends. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we convinced our parents to go with us the second time around. . This trip brought out the adventurous part in me. I also proved to myself that as long as I want to reach a specific place, I would surely get there, I realized this when I was able to climb my way up a number of steps from the foot of the lake to the top of the mountain ridge to view Lake Balinsasayao."

Serkan from Turkey celebrating the championship of his favorite soccer team; Istanbuls' Fenerbahce. Picture made by his brother Bulent.

Serkan is one of the biggest fans of Fenerbahce, the most famous soccer team of Turkey. He is also one of the news editors of the web site of the same team and broadcasts antu FM radio out of the same web site as well on a 24/7 basis. The picture was taken last year during the championship celebration parade of Fenerbahce at one of the most famous streets of Istanbul, namely "Baghdad Street", in the Asian part of Istanbul where many Fenerbahce fans live, as it's very close to a district sharing the same name as the soccer team.
